Shipping policy

- Free Delivery for all orders above $100

- $30 delivery surcharge for orders below $100

- $30 delivery surcharge for delivery to Sentosa & Jurong Island

- All order will be processed and dispatch within 1-7 working days.

- Order place on weekend and public holidays will process on next working days.

- If any item in your order are temporary/permanent out of stock, we will contact you to arrange refund, exchanges or replacement for those item.

Matteress / Bedding accessories  – within 1-7days

No delivery during Sundays and public holidays

Delivery timing from 10am to 6pm only ; Night delivery after 6pm depends on availability.

Note: After Placing the order, Our Customer service officer will contact you within 24hr and set a delivery date and time.

In any case if there is a need to change of delivery dates, you should email or contact at least 3 working days before the stipulated delivery timing.

Please kindly provide us your name and sale reference number and the desired delivery date and time to allow us to follow-up.

Ozzy Mattress reserve the rights, of any time and without notices to add, update, changes, modify and/or revise the policy. Any changes of shipping and delivery policy will be effective immediately upon posting. If you have any question about shopping and delivery policy, feel free to contact us.

Returns and exchanges

* All purchased item can be return within 7 days of purchase. Returned item must be unused, non-damaged and good condition with original packaging fully intact.

* Ozzy Mattress has the full discretion to decide whether the items are in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.

* All customise or clearance item are non return and exchangeable.

* For All Mattresses Return and Exchange Policy, once the packaging is remove/opened, it will be deemed unfit for return/exchange due to hygiene purpose.

* To and Fro transportation charges will be incurred for all return/exchange items.
