100 Days Free Trial

Choosing a mattress can be a tricky problem, so we’re here to make things more comfortable. Ozzy Cool Boost Mattress comes with a 100 days sleep trial, so there’s no need to stress about finding the right mattress for you. 

 

• Your 100 days sleep trial will starts from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the mattress must only be purchased via our official website at www.ozzy.sg.
• A minimum trial of 30 days is necessary to give yourself to adjust to the proper support for your body shape and comfort feel of the new mattress.
• Each household or shipping address can only be limited to 1 mattress refund.
• Pick up address must be the same as delivery address.
• The mattress must be in good condition. If the mattress has been damaged, stained or any unpleasant smells, refund will not be granted. 
• You will be refunded for the cost of the mattress (less any discounts) once the mattress is delivered back to our warehouse.
• Refund amount will be generated back via the original mode of payment if not other means within 7 - 14 working days upon approval.
• Do note that there will be a $80 round trip transportation charge per mattress return which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• To raise a return request, kindly send us an email stating your order number, reason of return and an image of the mattress to ozzymattress@gmail.com
• An invoice or proof-of-purchase is required during the submission of the return request.

 

Ozzy reserves the rights not to proceed with your return request if the mattress is beyond the 100 days from the date of delivery or it is not in good condition, even though it will not be resold.
